Kingwood – Jonathan D. Mann, Jr., President and CEO of Kingwood, West Virginia based Warrior Oil & Gas, LLC, announced today that the company’s growth forecast and new partnerships have led it to add a new Controller and General Counsel to its leadership team. Mann named Justin W. Jorns, CPA, as Controller and Thomas J. O’Neill, JD, MBA, as General Counsel, signaling the company’s intention to grow its mineral acquisition footprint within the Appalachian Basin and expand operations. In addition, Junior L. Jenkins, CPG, the company’s Executive Vice President of Geology, was elevated to the position of Chief Operating Officer.

Jorns, a CPA with over 17 years experience in accounting, with an emphasis on taxation, is a Fairmont, West Virginia resident. He graduated from Northwestern Oklahoma State University in 2000 and became a Certified Public Accountant in 2006. His experience in private accounting includes work in the energy, bioscience, and agriculture industries.
O’Neill, an attorney and 2007 graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law and College of Business and Economics, has dedicated his law practice over the past decade-plus to energy and real estate law, particularly with respect to title and transactional matters. He lives in Buckhannon, West Virginia, where he also serves as City Attorney.
